An eco politicien (weber) bring forward a law that don't allow village to prevent "cold bed". We've a lot of rich foreigners who buy propreties in Valais and come only in vaccation ... like 2 weeks a year. To prevent that weber made a law which don't allow our villages to have more than 20% of owner (not sure about the % :x). For us it's really a bad thing cos lot of villages live from tourism and the foreigners are the people who bring the money :/ even if the'yre only here in winter.

I remember talking to someone at the Saxon Apricot Festival last year. It is a difficult problem, keeping the "locals" happy with housing etc and bringing in money. We have the same problem in little villages near the coast. Especially people from London having second houses in for example Cornwall, Devon, Norfolk and Suffolk where wages are low.

yeah but some villages make 80% of their profit during the winter, that's the issue.
